Walk your path

with intention

It’s not easy being human right now. Burnout, inflation, Covid, and politics. Anxiety is on the rise. Depression is on the rise. There’s a LOT going on. So if you’re struggling… that makes sense. When there’s this much to navigate, it’s more important than ever to find therapy that truly helps.

Water brings stillness and presence, it encourages us to mindfully contemplate ourselves and our lives.
Therapy helps you dream big by giving you the confidence and skills needed to thrive.
You can see your future more clearly when you climb higher.

Effective therapy requires the right mix. Exploring the past, present, and future. Fostering both insight and action. Meeting yourself with both compassion and accountability. We'll identify patterns, develop new skills, and challenge beliefs that no longer serve you.

I work from an intersectional social justice perspective. I welcome adult individuals and couples from all backgrounds for virtual services in Washington State and in person services in the Seattle area.

Couples Therapy

My Approach

Person-Centered Therapy is the foundation of my work. I can bring all the knowledge and skill in the world, but my first and most important job is to connect with you. Person-Centered Therapy is all about how the therapist shows up. Person-Centered theory tells us that clients feel safe and comfortable when therapists are empathetic and understanding, genuine and authentic, and truly care about the people we serve. It requires that we honor your experiences, meet you where you’re at, and trust that you’re the expert on you.

Psychodynamic Therapy explores the connection between challenges in your present and experiences from your past. This approach allows us to uncover emotions and learnings from your past, so you can process them and reduce their negative impact on your life today.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy targets thinking patterns and beliefs. We all carry a unique perspective that has developed through our life experiences. Thoughts and beliefs are powerful, and can cause harm without us even realizing it. By increasing insight into your thoughts and beliefs, and how they impact your emotions and decisions, you gain the power to challenge and even change them.

Attachment-Based Therapy explores the way our earliest relationships impact our connections as adults. By better understanding what we learned in our early attachments, we can work to change the way we show up with our loved ones today.

“Until you make

the unconscious conscious,

it will direct your life

and you will call it fate.”
