The best is yet to come
We all face situations that are tough to navigate. Work stressors, relationship issues, complex family dynamics, overwhelming life transitions. And when your mental health is also suffering, every obstacle can feel impossible to overcome.
People seek coaching when they’re feeling stuck, and they seek mental health coaching specifically when their mental health is playing a role in the challenges they face.
Coaching provides space to explore your wants, needs, goals, and barriers so you can build the life you truly want. You’ll leave coaching sessions feeling supported, grounded, and motivated to take active steps. Coaching is not designed to clinically treat mental health conditions, but rather help you find movement forward in ways that mental health challenges previously kept you stuck.
I provide coaching services to adult clients worldwide.

My Approach
I’m trained in the International Coaching Federation approach, which is client-led, goal-focused, and strengths-based. Coaching is action oriented and designed to support clients in overcoming barriers.
While I bring knowledge and skill as a therapist into coaching, coaching is not therapy. And often, that’s the point! Some clients had therapy in the past and want to try something different. Some clients already have a therapist, and want support with taking more active steps forward. Some clients find that therapy isn’t right for them, but still experience mental health symptoms and want a coach knowledgable about their needs.
Coaching is a helpful tool to jump start your journey of growth, self-discovery, and change. If you’re ready to take things in a new direction, don’t hesitate to reach out!

“The curious paradox is that
when I accept myself just as I am,
then I can change.”
- Carl Rogers
